Fruit Flush

So for the last three day I’ve been doing the Jay Robb 3 Day Fruit Flush. I’ve started it several times, but never been able to last for the whole three days. The first day of protein shakes isn’t that bad. It’s the two days of eating fruit that is killer. This surprised me because I *love* fruit. I guess it’s because you aren’t actually chewing on the first day. But once you start chewing the fruit, you begin to realize that there are a lot of other things that you would rather be chewing.

I know that most of the weight that I’m losing is water weight, but it’s water weight that I haven’t been able to shed, and hopefully this will jump start my weight loss. As of this morning, I had lost about four pounds. I did exercise a little while on the flush, but not too much. I didn’t want to overdo it.
I’ll update on my results from the flush soon.
