The Wii Fit Workout
So our family got a Wii Fit last week. I must admit that I was surprised by how much fun this game is. The mini-games are diverse and effective. I know I must look crazy standing on a white piece of plastic swinging my hips around but it’s fun.
The Wii Fit has four sections: Yoga, Strength, Aerobics, and Balance.
So far my favorites are the aerobics and balance. The soccer, ski jump, and slalom are my favorite balance games. In aerobics, my favorites are the jogging the hula hoop.
The aerobics actually gets your heart rate up. I actually sweat when I hula hoop or jog or box.
I didn’t buy the Wii game system to exercise. I had heard the hype about Wii Sports, but that isn’t where I Wii interests lie. Still, I’m glad that we bought Wii Fit. Everyone in my family loves it, and it’s a way for me to get in a little more exercise while having fun and interacting with my kids.
